Tips

Tipping is highly appreciated and required at the end of Kilimanjaro and the safari (**please note, all USD need to be above the year 2006**):

We have developed a mutual respect, trust, and understanding of the local culture, and because of this, we have simplified tips for you. Tips have been incorporated into the enrollment rates and fees. Personal tips to specific guides and/or porters are greatly appreciated and can be discussed based on the service provided.

Miscellaneous

15% of costs go directly to Tanzanian social, economic, and environmental initiatives. This was a fact recognized early on by local charities where we recognized our responsibility to develop and operate in a manner that makes a positive contribution to the natural, social and cultural environment.
